These days, he’s the man behind Highwayman Whisky — Byron Bay’s small-batch single malt, built from years of travelling, tasting + learning his way through some of the world’s great whisky regions.
For Lucky 13, Dan is back behind the bottles for a guided Highwayman Whisky masterclass, paired with a three-course whisky set menu from the Roadhouse kitchen.
Expect smoke from the grill, whisky worked through each course, a Highway Treachery cocktail on arrival + live blues from Lachlan Jacques.
