Beats + BBQ is our regular late-afternoon session at The Roadhouse Byron Bay — rotating DJs, open-air terrace, hibachi fired up and a special menu built for the day.
Expect house, funk, reggae, dub and whatever else gets us moving. No white tablecloths, no big production, no booking required. Just good tunes, smoky BBQ dishes, cold drinks + old-school Roadhouse feels.

Beats + BBQ Piccante Takeover
3:30pm – 6:30pm
Piccante takes over The Roadhouse for an afternoon of DJs, BBQ and open-air terrace good times.
We’ll have the hibachi firing, the drinks cold and your Sunday soundtrack going.
Free entry. 18+. No bookings — just turn up.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The Roadhouse has plenty of room to settle in, whether you’re here for the BBQ, a late lunch, or the full Sunday session. Grab a spot on the terrace, work your way through the special menu, and let the afternoon do its thing.
If the weather turns, we’ll shift the energy inside — same Roady feel, just under cover.
Food-wise, we’ll be running a special BBQ menu for the day, with $25 BBQ plates from the hibachi. Music runs from 3:30pm to 6:30pm, with rotating DJs bringing house, funk, reggae and dub into the Sunday wind-down.
Free entry, 18+ and walk-ins only. Come early, grab a spot and settle in.
